1. Controller
The controller for the public website, registration, customer management, billing, support and operation of FlyFork is iMATRIX GmbH, Cheerstrasse 13e, 6014 Lucerne, Switzerland.
2. Purpose
This privacy policy explains how personal data is processed in connection with FlyFork. It applies to the public website, registrations, logins, customer accounts, support, communication, billing and technical platform use.
3. Roles
iMATRIX GmbH acts as controller for data processed for its own purposes. For data that a customer enters in its FlyFork account regarding guests, employees, business partners, reservations, orders, menus, QR codes, website widgets or similar content, the customer remains the controller. iMATRIX GmbH processes such data as a technical service provider on behalf of the customer.
4. Data processed
Depending on use, master data, account and login data, contract, package, invoice and payment data, support and communication data, restaurant, location, menu, item, price, opening hour and image data, reservation, order, table and operational data as well as technical data such as IP address, device information, browser, log files, cookies and usage data may be processed.
5. Purposes
Personal data is processed to provide, operate and secure FlyFork, manage customer accounts, roles and access, display menus, QR codes, widgets, reservations, orders and other functions, provide support and communication, process contracts, payments and invoices, ensure security and system stability, comply with legal obligations and improve the product.
6. Legal bases
Processing is carried out under applicable data protection law, in particular Swiss data protection law and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Legal bases may include contract performance, pre-contractual measures, legal obligations, legitimate interests, consent or processing on behalf of customers.
